Warranty Items

How to determine if your product is under warranty
The warranty period for all new Exlar products is two years from the date of manufacture. Using the label of the unit(s) to be repaired reference the serial number for the following:

  • 1. The first two digits in your serial number are the year the product was manufactured. 
  • 2. The third and fourth digits in your serial number are the week of the year the product was manufactured. 

 

RGA Number
If it is determined that a RGA number is required, please contact the Returned Goods Administrator by email

Purchase Order
Curtiss-Wright requires a purchase order for all warranty returns.

All warranty items must have the form below complete and submitted.
